%X In order to excavate microbial resources for bio-control use, Bacillus sp.HSY-8-1 was isolated from broadbean field samples collected in Hainan.HSY8-1 and its anti-fungal substance can effectively inhibit Rhizoctonia solani and Fusarium spp.growth.They cause hyphae of Rhizoctonia solani and Fusarium spp.malformation and delay sclerotia of Rhizoctonia solani germination.The study demonstrated that when fermented in NB liquid medium and after the growth entering into the stable phase,it began to produce antif...
