Fang, found in Jilin province of China are reported in the paper. According to Singer's system, M. nucleata should belong to the section Basipedes, but this new species has no gelatinoid in the surface of pileus. There is also a nucleus in its che-ilocystidia and pilocystidia, which differs it from all other seven species of the section Basipedes. M. xanthocystidium is similar both to M. lilacifolia (Peck) A. H. Smith and M. leaiana (Berk) Sacc.. However, the lamellae of the new species are not pale purpureous, and there are well-developed cystidia which differ from M. lila-cifolia. This new species also differs from M. leaiana by its inamyloid spores and its basidiocarp, which is never orange. M. brevispina is similar to M. monticola A. H. Smith in figure, but it differs by its white lamellae and flesh, and also by its non-gelatinous peleipellis. %K Mycena %K M %K nucleata %K M %K xanthoaystidium %K M %K brevispina
