It has the characteristics of short production cycle, high yield and a great variety of products. The fermentation time is 72-96 hrs. the deep fermentation culture could produce 9-15g/L dried mycelium; The density of the mycelium is 40-42g/L dried substances. And they can produce some substances having a wide variety of function and physiological activity. From the mycelium and the fermentation liquid have analized 16 different amino acids, 14 trace elements, 4 kinds of vitamins, including fat soluble vitarmin aE and water soluble vitarmin B2. In addition to these, The authors also extracted the crude polysaccharide and liquid which has antibacterial activity and immune function. They show various degree of antibacterial activity to coccobacillus (Eschericha coll), sarcinae (Sarcina lutea), subtiline (Bacillus subtilis) and tung tree anthracnose disease (Colletotrichum sp. C-837-1). In promotion of immune fuction, they can promote the function of the mouse engulfing cock erythrocyte to form and promote the mouse having humoral immunity to form the hemolytic plaque in its body. The acute toxicity of dried hypha powder to the mouse, tested by LD50, indicates that after giving the medicine at the dose of 5g/kg as the maximum the death of mouse has not been seen. Therefore the maximum safe dose of dried hypha powder 103 to mouse is above 5g/kg. %K Flammulina velutipes 103 %K Industrial fermentation %K Products %K Biological activity
