%X Several genetic characterishcs of Aspergillus parents and their interspecific fusants were studied. These characterishcs included spore size, DNA content in spore, infrared spectrum absorptance of spore, and ultraviolet spectrum absorptance of secretion product. It was found that the above charasteristics especially the infrared spectrum absorptance of spore could reflect the genetic difference amongst these strains.
