%X Ganoderic acid has evident inhibiting effect on proliferation of tumor cells SW620, LS180, S180 in vitro, and curative effect on mice bearing Lewis lung cancer (toe inoculaion ). The promotive effect of Ganoderic acid on creating IL- 2 and immunoactive of NK cell in Guinea pig bearing Lewis lung cancer is also evident. It was suggested that the cancer-inhibiting effect was induced by Ganoderic acid through toxication of tumor cells and activation of immunity system.
