%X Using soybean varieties and lines with strong regeneration capacity and susceptible to SMV as transformation receptor,shoot induction medium,methods of infection bacteria suspended and root induction medium were optimized.The MSB medium supplemented with 2 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L IBA was suitable for multiple shoots induction.High infection rate to cotyledon nodes of soybean was obtained using activated bacteria suspended in YEB.The MSB medium containing 15% sucrose+2 mg/L IBA+0.2 mg/L 6-BA was advantageous to i...
