%X The technology of using ultrasonic in the extraction of cordycepin in Cordyceps spp.was presented in this paper. The extracting effects of four methods and different pretreatments to the samples were compared , and the regents for extraction and duration of ultrasonication were tested. Capillary zone electrophoresis was used to separate and determine cordycepin . Cordycepin in Cordyceps kyushuensis Kob.was reported for the first time
