%X Porcine plasma was decoloured using proteolysis and activatedcarbon combination methods and its conditions were optimized in this experiment. Meanwhile, preliminary functional assessment was applied after its decoloured hydrolysatewas sprayed dry. The results showed that proteolysis and activated carbon combination methods were useful to decolour porcine plasma. At the same time, porcine plasma was hydrolyzed into polypeptides and these polypeptides played an important regulatory role for body cytokines level.
