%0 Journal Article %T 冠状耳霉产生碱性蛋白酶及其活性* %A 应盛华 %A 冯明光 %J 菌物学报 %D 2000 %I %X Thirty isolates of the entomophthotalean fungus, Conidiobolus coronatus, derived fromnaturally infected rice planthoppers were investigated for the achvihes of their alkaline protease.Culturing in sabouraud broth for 48h at 26℃, the isolates yield a dry mycelium biomass of 29.2mg / ml with a maximum of 32mg / ml. The activity of the alkaline protease in supemabot variedgreahy among the isolates, ranging 232-1410u / ml.
