%X Plants transformed by mangrin gene(11#,59#,86#) and negatives were tested using several salt tolerance indices,including related water content,cell membrane permeability,SOD activity and proline content,which were conducted under the NaCl concentration of 0,100,150,200 mmol/L after 7 days.The results indicated that the transgenic rice plants accumulated more RWC,proline content and SOD activity than ck under salt stress conditions,yet cell membrane permeability decreased less than ck.According to physiologi...
