%X This article discussed the method of testing the performance of RTOS' memory allocation. It produced memory debris by utilizing the method of probability and statistics. Under the different conditions, it detected the changes of the RTOS' memory allocation. The performance of VxWorks' memory allocation was tested by using the memory debris which was produced by the normal random number. At last, its performance was analyzed based on the testing data. These data showed that the VxWorks was consistent with the requirements of RTOS. And it also validated the feasibility and credibility of this testing method.
