常可沛 %A 李绍滋 %J 计算机应用 %D 2007 %I %X The streaming media congestion control algorithms, which employ sending rate control, can not efficiently solve feedback delay and parameters settings. Based on the Feedback Congestion Algorithm (FCA), this paper presented an improved algorithm (IFCA) on feedback real-time performance and parameter adjusting. Simulation results show that the proposed method, by which jitter and throughput are improved, can not only be more suitable for streaming media, but also keep TCP-friendly. %K congestion control %K streaming media %K feedback %K rate adjustment
