%X After advantages and disadvantages of the structural testing and functional testing were analyzed,a model balancing the structural testing and functional testing was proposed.It was definition-usage testing method that defined a testing coverage criterion between full path and full edge.This method provided a system method to check software defaults.The simulation results show that the definition-usage method can improve the software testing efficiency.
