%X The non-linear, non-stationary signal processing method named Hilbert-Huang Transformation (HHT) and its characteristics were introduced, and it was applied to the different mental tasks in EEG analysis. The results indicate that different mental tasks in EEG have different Hilbert-Huang spectrums and Hilbert marginal spectrums, which proves HHT to be a feasible method on EEG analysis.
