%X In this paper, we proposed an adaptive image watermarking algorithm based on DCT and Arnold shuffling transform. With the features of Human Visual System (HVS) sufficiently taken into account during embedding, embedding different watermarking energy into different DCT blocks made the algorithm adaptive. The experimental results show that the algorithm is robust to common digital image processing operations, especially to image cut.
