%X In this paper, a novel simulation tool OBSns for Optical Burst Switching (OBS) was built by means of an extension to the network simulator (NS-2). This simulation tool amends the deficiencies of simulation for WDM network based on NS-2, and is easier to set up network parameters including network topology, traffic and bandwidth. The model of an OBS network with 9 nodes was presented, and the simulation processes was described in detail. Finally the test results of end-to-end delay and throughput were shown and discussed.
