%X An information operation and management system for medical trash collection was established in this paper, transport and disposal in the waste collection-transport vehicle. The system is composed of the temperature instrument for the refrigerator truck, the electron weight meter, the MDCS communication controller, the GPS on vehicle, the network director based on mutil-protocol, the reading card, the LCD monitor and the operation interface based on GPS&GSM/GPRS&GIS and Internet. The real-time data communication and management between the waste collection-transport vehicle and the departments of government can be realized. The system can be used to deal with dynamic optimization of waste collection-transport routes, reasonable production schedule, and quick transfer of "Shift List". The disposal efficiency is increased and the cost is decreased.
