%X The research of software process measurement is an important and difficult field. At present,the theories and means of software process measurement still need to be improved,and highly efficient and accurate process quantity management can ensure the success of software process improvement. Therefore, a new means integrating Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) with Statistic Process Control(SPC) was put forward in this paper. On the basis of Capability Maturity Model Integrated(CMMI), software project was measured from the perspective of software process. At last a case study demonstrates that this means can support software process measurement and improvement effectively.
