%X Based on the research on binarization algorithms of fingerprint images, a new binarization algorithm of fingerprint images based on the orientation and fuzzy theory was put forward. The method made full use of the orientation and the characteristics of grayscale change and demonstrated the excellent capability of noise resistance.
