%X Concerning the time and budget restriction in resource scheduling, a utility function model was proposed by analyzing the relationship between the time and budget of task and the user utility function. Then, based on the utility function model, a utility optimization based heuristic resource scheduling algorithm was put forward for task farming application model. Simulation results show that our proposed algorithm provides user with more utilities than cost-time optimization algorithm.
