%X This paper introduced the main Tibetan coding methods at home and abroad,and described mutual conversion from non-standard to national standard(GB18030),national standard to international standard according to different cording structure,and then realized it on Vista platform.It provides convenient tool for information exchange and processing in Tibetan and lays a foundation for the further development of Tibetan information.
