%X To solve the problem of the dynamic supply chain optimization scheduling after customer order decoupling point in mass customization, an optimization scheduling model including supplier selection and inter-enterprise scheduling was proposed. Then an ant colony algorithm based solution was designed. Finally by practical manufacture data and methods comparison, the validity and stability of this algorithm were verified.
