%X It is hard to directly deal with incomplete information systems in rough set theory.The measurement of the uncertainty of incomplete information systems is a difficult problem.The general similar relation of incomplete information systems was presented,as well as the measurement method for the uncertainty of it based on the general similar relation.What's more,the cases which illustrated the validity of the method were put forward.
