%X To resolve the problem of NAT traversal in the applications of audio and video based on P2P technology, STUN as a IETF standard was proposed. But it can't traverse the Symmetric NAT. A new solution to resolve the problem was presented by detection with the analysis of Symmetric NAT and the its deploy. Some tests were taken in real situations and the results reached the goal.
