%X A low overhead routing protocol for many-to-one data collection in wireless sensor networks named LOMP was proposed. The real-time link quality estimation is combined with periodical link quality estimation to provide reliable routing selection in face of the poor link quality in sensor networks. Instead of providing end-to-end node-disjoint multipath routing, LOMP only ensures data forwarding for hop-by-hop multipath. The simulation results indicate that LOMP can greatly reduce routing overhead and improve routing reliability at the same time.
