%X CBR (case-based reasoning) method was applied to the partner search and optimizing system, and a model of partner choice system was established. The method of establishing case and its evaluation value databases was discussed. A method of calculating the similarity degree based on grey-relational theory and fuzzy-set theory was put forward. Thus, similar cases can be found out accurately, and the efficiency and accuracy of partner enterprises choice can be promoted.
