%X It is an urgent issue to change the files storing status with huge amount of Geography Markup Language(GML). The storing approaches of XML-Enable Database(XED) and Native XML Database(NXD) were discussed in this paper, and the solutions to the storage of GML data into commercial databases both in object-relational and XML DBMS was given. Finally, an applied program based on .net was developed for storing and analyzing GML data. As a result, feasibility and practicability of the designed scheme and the adopted methods were proved.
