%X JPEG2000 realized multiple quality compression in an image through Region Of interest(ROI) coding.Concerning about the disadvantage of formerly provided each method all aimed at coding a Region Of interest,a new approach was proposed to realize multiple ROIs coding.Its characteristic is that it adopt the priority method to rearrange the packets of coding data.By the rearrangement of priority can specify the relative importance of the background and ROIs data in each decomposition level.Moreover,when there are multiple region of interest in the same image,a region can have its own priority level,it can realize image coding with multiple region of interest lossless compression.
