%X The security patch comparison technology can effectively disclose the differences between two neighboring versions of the same source code file. First, the graphic instruction level and structural control flow level security patch comparison algorithms based on graph isomorphism theory were introduced; Then, the two security patch comparison methods were contrasted and analyzed; Finally, the technique of how to implement structural security patch comparison prototype system was presented, and the test results of prototype by using three Windows patches were given.
