%X Exceptions, especially business exceptions of workflow are always the problems which are ignored and hard to be solved. The shortage of exception management in different workflow products were analyzed. To overcome these shortages, agent technology was adopted to implement an automative, interactive, reflective, pre-active and intelligent workflow exception management.
