王萍 %A 芮乾梅 %A 贾惠珍 %J 计算机应用 %D 2007 %I %X In this paper, a new method of processing codes was proposed, which enabled the Minimize Sum Statistical Direction Code (MSSDC) based on Freeman chain code to be invariant to the origin and rotating, and also enabled the direction entropy to be invariant to scaling. In addition, a statistical algorithm was also proposed, which can detect the given shape effectively and supply important premise to position hailstorm area.
