%X The related implementing technology of embedded monitoring and control system(EMCS) was presented,and the functional modules was designed with the analysis of its demand of reconfiguration. The feasibility of the EMCS was illustrated with the Windows CE.NET based on system for wastewater disposal of paper making with secondary fiber.
