%X The quality of telecom service is main factor for operator to attract customers. In order to improve the quality of QChat service, this paper proposed the quality evaluation method of QChat service based on quality of experience. According to the analysis of QChat calling process, it proposed an evaluation index system for QChat service based on QoE, and then evaluated the quality of QChat service by AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Through evaluating the sample data, results show that, the proposed method can reflect the level of service quality, it can effectively reflect the membership of index that belong to different grades respectively.
