%X Curvelet transform, as a method of multiscale geometric analysis, is more suitable for image processing and contains more directional information. This paper proposed the methods of integrating SAR and MS image based on curvelet transform and described activity measure in detail. It gave SAR and MS image by curvelet transform to obtain coarse coefficients and detail coefficients. Then, it applied the inverse transform to obtain the fusion product. Finally it used degree of distortion DoD and entropy etc to evaluate the result. The results of experiment indicate that the method excels those of based on traditional curvelet transform in preserving spectral information and enhancing resolution.
