%X This paper established a new wideband aeronautical communication channel model. Firstly it analyzed the characters of none line of sight, navigation scenarios and proposed a large frequency offset correction scheme which was based on Turbo codes combined with SC-FDE(single-carrier frequency domain equalization)and two frequency offset estimation . Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the new scheme has a strong ability to adapt to the rapidly time-varying channel, and in the En-Route scene, it can easily correct the phase rotation and fuzzy problems. Under the none line of sight condition, the BER of the new scheme can reach to 10-3, so it improves the bit error rate ability and enhances the reliability of the information transmission.
