%X On the basis of the review of knowledge team for new product development(NPD)by the domestic and foreign research person, this paper wanted to find out the hot and difficult problem in this field to provide some theory base for continued research. According to extant literature, systematically reviewed some aspects on knowledge team for NPD such as concept, team learning, team operation and management in detail. Based on these, presented the limitations of the existing studies and future research trend of knowledge team for NPD.
