何颖妮 %A 邵党国 %A 刘东权 %J 计算机应用研究 %D 2013 %I %X This paper applied the histogram-based speckle reduction algorithm to strain image for the purpose of reducing noise and improving image quality. In order to achieve the best noise reduction result, this paper discussed the relationship between the size of histogram matching window and resolution cell by simulations. Meanwhile, it tested and analysed the affection of center frequency and cross-correlation window length. Moreover, it collected phantom data to verify the effect of algorithm. Experiment results show the algorithm improves the SNRe and CNRe of strain image noticeably, also the best histogram matching window width is comparatively consistent with lateral resolution and window length is proportional to center frequency and cross-correlation window length. %K elastography %K noise reduction algorithm %K histogram-based speckle reduction algorithm %K strain image simulation %K elastographic noise
