It formulated the design problem as a network utility maximization subject to some constraints, which was a chance constrained programming. The model characterized the stochastic network flow and time-varying wireless environment in Mesh networks based on the stochastic network utility maximization. It used the genetic algorithm to solve the stochastic optimization problem. Simulations show that the results obtained by the chance constrained programming present the quantity relationship of network throughout, transmission power and link confidence level. %K wireless Mesh network %K congestion control %K stochastic optimization %K multi-radio multi-channel %K cross-layer optimization
