%X Supply chain risk is the key factor which affects supply chain practice application, and accordingly supply chain risk management becomes the important content. Applied fault tree analysis and fuzzy theory to analyze supply chain risk. Built fault tree of supply chain failure risk. The fault tree was made up of supplier, manufacturer and distribution dealer. Analyzed the failure reasons of every part. Designed the fuzzy operators of normal fuzzy function. Expounded the computation methods of supply chain risk. Presented a supply chain risk instance. Quantified and computed every events failure risk. Finally, ascertained the risk rank of supply chain failure.
