%X In order to improve the efficiency of highway Conservation, reduce highway maintenance costs, realize automated pavement cracks detection, this paper select more than one intrinsic property of surface cracks, with construction of the metric space to complex data sets to form a topological space. Topology contra variant relations were deduced and the characteristics of complex data sets were realized, laying the foundation of extracting data sets characteristics, and according to this method, we designed the main structure of the system. At last, the experiments analyzed the de-noising performance and ability to identify of the new road surface crack detection method.
