%X The interplanetary Internet(IPN) has been proposedby some scientists of the U.S.Jet Propulsion Laborator to solve the new chauenges of the space communication technology. This paper attempted to describe and track the latest research results of communication technology and protocol of IPN and focused on reliable transport protocols, routing and security solutions of IPN. And finally, it also described a new protocol design ideology-cross-layer design. At the same time, also presented some shortcomings of these solutions and the direction of improvement.The purpose of this paper is to help researchers in related fields domestic to better carry out research.
