%X This paper researched the status quo of privacy preserving calculation model, and proposed main problems which no organization could not obtain and secure other organization private information and location privacy when multiple organizations that do no trust each other in a distributed environment cooperation calculations. In order to solve this problem, introduced the security level concept of privacy preserving policy, gave a hierarchical framework of privacy protection strategies, expounded and proved the credibility of policy translation and policy spatial superposition based on role, designed a new spatial superposition model of privacy protection policy. The experimental results show that location privacy protection algorithms in this model have higher accuracy and query through the development of LaMOC system.
