%X In order to make reasoning and decision under the condition of inconsistent fault diagnosis information, this paper presented a fault diagnosis method for train-ground wireless communication unit of communication based train control (CBTC) based on rough set theory. According to the definition of fault diagnosis decision system, constructed a decision network with different reduced levels to denote the fault diagnosis problems of the train-ground wireless communication (TGWC) unit by way of the definition of the rule confidence and coverage degree. Results show that the diagnosis model can provide high diagnosis validity of different fault types just only through the fault diagnosis rules match.
