%X To improve the usability of foggy video,this paper proposed an optical flow based video de-hazing algorithm by taking spatial-temporal coherence of adjacent frames into consideration.To deal with problem of rough de-hazing boundaries caused by varying illumination and motion estimation errors,defined a cost function in both spatial domain and temporal domain and then optimized by graph cut algorithm for optimum solution.The experimental results demonstrate our method can raise stability among the frames and...
