冯正勇 %A 文光俊 %A 张文彬 %A 邓云凯 %J 计算机应用研究 %D 2010 %I %X The IEEE amendment standard IEEE 802.11e was presented for QoS (quality of service) improvement of WLANs, but the enhanced channel access mechanism could not perfectly satisfy the application scenario of IPTV or video on demand. This paper proposed a new easy-implemented downlink channel dyuamic contention free access mechanism for this class of application scenario. This mechanism tuned downlink channel access parameters based on MAC layer queue length and could provide efficient protection for the downlink multimedia stream transmission.
