%X This paper introduced a smart-phone based ECG monitoring system. The system consists of three parts: a measuring node, a smart phone node and the tele-monitoring center. The smart phone nodes process the ECG data which are received from a wearable ECG measuring node by Bluetooth, and show the processed results are sent to the tele-monitoring center through GPRS. The system could diagnose kinds of arrhythmia symptoms and accurately monitor the ECG information at real time by carrying with the patients. Test result shows that the system runs well.
