杨先文 %A 李峥 %A 王安 %J 计算机应用研究 %D 2011 %I %X Based on study and development requirements of a cryptographic SoC which had decision-making power of intellectual property, defined some personal types of the cryptographic SoC during its lifecycle, and gave a management scheme of memory division. After allotting the access right of different personal, designed a right deciding circuit. Finally, it implemented the storage protection mechanism on FPGA, and achieved the validation as well. Results show that the design can satisfy the desired access right allocation, and can provide fundamental read-write protection for the design of more complex storage protection by software-hardware co-design method. %K cryptographic system-on-chip %K security %K storage protection %K Karnaugh map %K field programmable gate array(FPBA)
