%X This paper presented a poly-hiberarchy disposition arithmetic,which combined image edge location detecting and color extracting,aiming at the restrictions existing in the application of single license plate location algorithm in complicated background.Designed set of method to detect the flase-license-plate.This judgement could be exploited in the candidate region of plate which was resulted from the parallel disposition of two location methods in order to ascertain the right region.It has been proved that the composite way has a better adaption and a higher nicety quality compared with single traditional means.
