%X STC-OFDM communication systems combined with space-time coding(STC) and orthogonal frequency-division multipling(OFDM), effectively overcomes the deficiency of inter-symbol interference and frequency selective fading for OFDM communication systems, but it also expect that there be some further solutions suppressing mutual interference including co-channel interference(CCI) due to multi-antenna transmitting at the receiver. Therefore, this paper investigated an algorithm combined with adaptive beamforming (ABF) and Walsh Hadamard transform (WHT) based on previous advantages of STC-OFDM to suppress CCI for OFDM communication systems. Theoretical analysis and computer simulation shows the proposal algorithm can improve performance of symbol error rate (SER) and suppress CCI for STC-OFDM communication systems.
