%X In order to understand network behaviors and master more information of network traffic and measurement,network measurement has become an important method.Beginning with the analysis of actuality of active network measurement,and combining with the research and analysis of measured models,this paper presented a path optimizing algorithm "2-step algorithm",and brought out a 2-step approximate algorithm,which greatly reduced the measuring cost.
